About us

The Animal Husbandry Collective is an association of animal keepers from across the European Union who are committed to maintaining high levels of animal welfare, sharing knowledge about animal care, and conservation of animal species. We share a common mission and work together to achieve our goal of preserving animal husbandry with respect for the animals involved.

Our member organizations represent a diverse range of animal species and animal husbandry practices, including companion animal breeding and conservation efforts for endangered species. We all share a deep commitment to the well-being of the animals under our care and a desire to promote responsible and sustainable animal husbandry practices.

Through our collective efforts, we strive to spread awareness about animal welfare, share knowledge and best practices among our members, and collaborate on initiatives to conserve endangered animal species. By working together, we hope to ensure that the traditions and practices of animal husbandry continue to thrive in the EU, while also ensuring that animals are treated with the respect and care they deserve.
